Questions people ask

How often will I hear from you?

Every other week, so about two emails a month. Each one takes a few minutes to read. We don’t send extra “special offers” in between.

Is it really free?

Yes. The newsletter is free, and so is every guide on the site. There are no ads in the newsletter, and we never sell or share your email address.

Can I unsubscribe?

Anytime. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it once and you’re off the list. No questions, no guilt.

Is it for me, or for my parent?

Both. It’s written for older adults and for the family members who help them. Many people sign up themselves and forward the tips. You can also sign up a parent with their OK; they’ll get a confirmation email and need to click the link in it.

What will you do with my email address?

Only send you the newsletter. Our email service, Buttondown, stores it for us. You can read the details on our privacy page. Read our privacy page.
